Last time he said the F word on an officially released record, as far as I know, was on Crystall Ball/The Truth (the latter's title song comes to mind). So that's 1997.
He does have this line "step the fuck back cuz I make plenty noise" in SM Groove, but that was edited out by the NPGMC in 2001... "How embarrasing to be human!"
