Prince mash-up availalble: "The 1999 Hustle" Adam Curry (yes, the former MTV VJ) has posted an MP3 of JPL's Prince mash-up, "The 1999 Hustle." It combines the music of "The Hustle" and the vocals from the "new master" of 1999. You'll need Bit Torrent software to download it.

In theory, the link above works. But it didn't for me.. I had to go to http://live.curry.com/ and look for the stuff from April 15th. Anyhow, bittorrent rocks hard anyhow, this is great. I'm hoping we can host some Prince torrents (legal stuff) in the future....
Also, strangely enough, windows media player wouldn't play the file; but iTunes would, so that's what's really important 
By the way, if you need a bittorrent client to download it with, I highly recommend Azureus, available free from http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ (and if you like it, toss the author a donation!) ben -- "the prince.org guy" |

I'm listening to it right now. It's mildly amusing at first, but by the time it gets to the first chorus, you're feelings of how WRONG it is will outweigh any amusement. Truth be told, I was enjoying hearing "The Hustle" and got mad when the Prince lyrics came in...they don't belong together!
