Tambourine has been done live...I wanna say he did most of it at an ONA aftershow but I could be wrong...and I'm sure I'll be corrected. smile

I keep going on about this show, but at one of the London dates of the ONA at the soundcheck he played the drums and some people reported it as "part of", or the intro. to Tambourine. I don't have a boot and i honestly can't remember that well. If it was, it was all too brief. sad

Wasted Kisses?

Has he played Beautiful Strange live?

He played a bit of 'tambourine' at the Marquee aftershow (good boot)
He played 'beautiful strange' at the last celebration and a few ONA aftershows
I'm sure he's never played 'wasted kisses' though

Someone would really have to do their homework to answer this question. But without a doubt, its safe to say there's always at least one or two songs from each album that Prince doesn't perform live. Some more or less than others. But is there an album out there where Prince has played EVERYTHING besides say like the Purple Rain album?

That know of he's played all songs from all albums but a very select few. Won't say which ones cause that would take all the fun out of it.

Also, I'm not really sure boxed
I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

Really? i'd start by checking the title of the thread . . .

I wouldn't write that check about bootlegs orgers don't have, it's gonna be awfully hard to cash. My bet is, at least a few on here have some stuff you don't have.

In this Bed I Scream? Near impossible to play live. Could do solo piano arrangement, but -- as far as I know it's never been done. But I been outta the boot scene for a few years.

I would think a lot from Emancipation. Big White Mansion? New World? Joint 2 Joint? Emancipation (not the studio track outta the speakers!)

I suppose I’ll stay away from Purple Rain, Lovesexy and SOTT. Pretty sure he’s done those except for positivity. I have never heard or seen these on any live comp.

Something in the Water, Ronnie Talk to Russia, The Future, Cindy C, Dead On it, Billy Jack Bitch

I think you can forget about those two.

He really hasn't played a lot from the Emancipation CD live.

However, I'm ready to stand corrected on this.

And he did it in a Denver concert, too... and was throwing tamborines into the audience while he sang it.

Dead On It... bit of this on the D&P tour, eh?

Intro to the Nude tour included part of The Future.

Thought he did Billy Jack Bitch at some point during the Paisley Park shows in 95 or 96. Ditto We March.

He played Emancipation live at the brits one year, Ben Elton was hosting it....also wasn't it during the D&P tour that you could vote for what songs you wanted to hear played live?
