Hello, I come to the org once a week or so to check things out, so I am not sure if this has already been talked about, but whatever. I downloaded the new music, it is great. I was listening to it my first night and was VERY surprised by track number 4, life of the party. The middle of that song contains a line that is hard to hear, but us Prince fans know what he is saying. I remember Prince talking about no more sexual language or swearing in his songs anymore since he is a J's witness now? I am not a sexual freak or something, but some of the best Prince songs were written about sex! I mean, darlin nikki, head, cream, if i was your g/f... I mean I could go on for pages. I am just curious what everyone thinks of these lines in that song. He is clearly being very explicit(which is great), but isn't that something he wasn't going to do anymore? Does this mean he is going to be different now? I know he never sticks with one thing for too long, did he maybe miss singing about sex?? I was very very surprised to hear this line, after what has happened with him the past 3 years, was anyone else??

In case you don't know what I am talking about, listen to life of the party when the music interlude is playing right before the songs gets that really good beat going. Prince is talking quietly but very explicit.

I know that Prince is a sexual man, but we haven't heard that word from his mouth in a song for a while, I was just surprised to hear it especially since he is very strictly religious now.

"I sincerely want to fuck the taste out of your mouth." THAT is explicit.

However, I really wouldnt want Prince being that explicit at 45.

I like the suttle sexuality Prince has now-a-days. Very appropraite for a 45 year old man.


I do see where you're coming from. I was very surprised to see Prince in action at the simulcast. I expected him to be much more reserved and prudish than he was. He performed Shhh in its entirety...that is a very sexual song. And lyrically he's still very suggestive, 'Underneath The Cream' is very suggestive.

he does say "pussy" in madrid 2 chicago.

Why does someone of 45 like you say or even 75 gotta stop talking Sex or Horny? That is PRUDISH and Old to think Sex is a Sin and must be Sugar Coated.

I 4got what religion it wuz but I know it's 1 where the pplz haf2 pray a certain number of times a day. & sum the kids @ my school have that religion. They don't do it there cuz they gotta get on their knees & pray & esp. in HS not many kids would undastand what that all meant 2 them. So they pray a certain # times b4 school & afda school they pray the rest of the missed times. Now that's 4 the kids the adults pray no matta where I believe. I cannot rememba da name of this religion I learn it 2 this semester in WH1B & I know it's gonna be on SOL Exam!! Lawdz! Newayz Prince should do it like I had explained that religion @ the top. Meanin' wheneva he's performing he can sing all the explicit lyrix & when he's not performing he just go back 2 keepin' clean @ the mouth(not sayin' the words). That's IMO.
