What's wrong with Slow Love?

I really like Slow Love and I cant understand the general dislike for Arms of Orion.

Here I go again asking to be banned.


It's a tie between NPS and Rave. Both albums sound like he was trying to format to mainstream radio, thus loosing his soul. Granted, the club member version of Rave is absolutely adorable.

In second place: I have to point to My Name is Prince. It's the first song I ever noticed Prince truly trying to be something/do something he just hadn't mastered yet. It's corny as all get up. And that damn Tony!!! 'Bout time Prince got rid of him.

There ain't a damn thing wrong with Slow Love.

Arms of orion is very cheesy but it ain't too bad...the synth/string section at the end is kinda cool.

My vote is for "Courtin' Time" --- as cheesy as it gets!! Can u imagine it actually being performed in front of a live audience? Followed by "Tick Tick Bang" perhaps?

I'm proud to say that some of the aforementioned songs are among of my all time Prince faves... The Max, Dolphin, Pussy Control...
