Does somebody has the correct info on SOTT, I heard that on the DVD that something of 90% of the songs is fake, P re-recorded the music at Paisley and they meld it together with the film from Rotterdam.

Yeah, a lot of it was reconstructed on a soundstage...others will have better specific info than I do, but it's true.

The sound is pretty much live as it was recorded in Rotterdam, with the addition of some
overdubs and additional mixing. However, about 70% of the visual footage was re-shot at
Paisley Park, with Prince and the band synching to the playback.
