Prince showed up at Club Rain in Oklahoma City for his officially unofficial aftershow Tuesday with a crowd that wrapped around the block. From what the deejay said, "He walked in, took a look around at the decidedly small space, turned around and left." Oh, well.

It sounds like he was just hanging out. An aftershow is when he plays some songs and performs, and there is no indication that this was every planned to be a performance.

Good. I'm glad he left. After all those people were pushing and shoving to get down the stairs, they deserved not to see him. Why was it that there were a lot of cute women there with passes to the after-party? Hmmmmm. Perhaps the single men in the band had something to do with that?

few yrs back when he had yet 2 use the net 2 announce afterparty locations he played fresno ca. I just walked up 2 one of his security guards and asked where the afterparty was. without hesitation he gave me the clubs name. when we got there, there were all kinds of pretty girls with passes. made me mad cuz his security should have kicked me down. but noooo. I wasnt a chick! prince came in after waiting about 2 hrs. he kicked it 4 about a 1/2 hour, the club was real small and eveyone just stared at him and the band as if they were monkeys. kind of sad . I just looked from a distance. he then asked one of the girls (goupies) that were with him in the V I P section 2 dance. he had like 15 security guards surround him and her on the dance floor just so they could dance 4 about 45 seconds. I must admit at that point we all swarmed like bees around them!!! well worth my $15. I will say this, if he does "aftershows" those r the best!!!
