"What do U Want Me 2 Do", "harmonies", etc The bass guitar towards the end of this song left bruises.
The way Prince "uses" his voice on this album is pure genius. Layers and layers and layers..Plus the sound, sonics etc..Is there ANY weak tunes on this?

It's another song that grows on you.
For me, with every new listen I'm able to appreciate new subtle touches of brilliance to most of the songs on here Great album. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

Yes, the song is great! IMO, it sounds like a R&B hit! I can picture a video for this, prince needs to call me up, so I can let him in on my script for the video.
It starts with him getting out of the bed, walking through the house in a robe... goes to the kitchen and eats a bowl of Cap 'n' Crunch (all while singing). He gets dressed and heads off to the jazz club in which he plays regularly. He's on stage, singing the song, his love interest in the video (Rhonda Smith, I'm sorry I want to see her in other roles, than just his bassist.) He's looking at her, while he's singing, "I got a woman, you got a man, so we got to do what's right, you'd get beheaded in other lands..." (he's saying this, while flashing is wedding ring.) Towards the end of the video, him and Rhonda end up dancing together, it ends with them walking away from each other. Prince walking away with the camera facing him, singing the hook (What Do U Want Me 2 Do...girl) He leaves the club and starts down the sidewalk. Then an Italian women, sitting outside another joint starts talking to him...he doesn't understand her, but she engages his curiosity...so he enters the joint. People are talking and mingling, he stands in the middle of the floor. Surprising him, he sees Rhonda again, but he just left her in the Jazz club? (The camera spins around him 360 degrees in a accelerating fashion.) Then he drops to his kness as the beginning of "Marrying Kind" Only a small portion of this viseo is played (teaser). This concludes my video... to really picture this you either have to imagine the song playing, or listen to it. I let you guys in on what I envision when I hear it. Oh, and No, there's no weak tune on this album Blue ology! Blue
