I Gotta See It! Or Ratha Have It!!! I know this been said b4..but most da posts are from 2002 & can't comment on them. So I'm just restartin' again. I've read comments & how many have described Under the Cherry Moon Da movie soundz hot!!! I haf2 see it but none the MovieStarz in my area has it...I might check the Blockbusters durin' my Spring Break. I'm dyin' 2 see it! Does nebody have ne good describance on the WHOLE ENTIRE film & possibly sum pix from it? I wuzn't unfortunate 2 even be around in the mid or early 80s. Da movie came out in 1986 & I came in 1989(YUCK!) I just wanna see it SO bad! & I doubt it'd show on tv..plus if so it'd probably be tha dubbed versions & I h8 dubbed films. Nebody can help me out wit that?

Under The Cherry Moon is a fantastic picture.
I was going to give you the same link as summerdawn did. It's fun, it's camp and it's full of Prince and his music - what more could you ask for? Well worth getting.

Very campy but I really like it. Doesn't hurt that one of my fave albums is Parade. It's a cool, campy, fun little movie that any admirer of P's will enjoy. I taped it off some movie channel. I hear though they are releasing it on dvd this summer!?! I hope it's true. It would sound great in 5.1. (home theater sound For those who don't know)  Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way. | |

As 4 in school I know howda write & the others that wuz kind 2 help me obvisiously ayn hava prob how da way I type. I'm takin' English 9 Pt. 1B thank u very much & passin' it witta 'A'. In school wheneva I gotta typa report or write sumthin' I type/write it in the all-the-way correct english. & I'm from the south so that's just partial on my way of typin'/talkin'. Oh & they played 'U Got The Look' in bkground on *I Love The 80s: 1987*(strikes back) when they wuz talkin' 'bout that show 'Beauty And The Beast'. & Marrk,that's aight since ya said u only messin'. It's koo. Sumtimes I do misspellings,& probably don't make since @ times. I try 2 sound clear but still be myself even wit bein' on da net. Well..back 2 lookin' @ the rest of the pix! Thanx again!

Newayz,it looks like the internet might be the only place 2 get it..but I dun wanna give all my info 2 what seem like could be Third Party organizations. & I most defintely ayn gotta credit card. Shoot! there's gotta be a way 2 see it without goin' 2 da net 2 buy it,damn.  I got so damn hooked 2 finding pix & all kindza info on UTCM Iono what 2 do!! I'm just now gettin' 2 lookin' @ the Amazon link(wouldn't load the 1st day I seen it) It's on VHS(yay!) & a good deal,I've read all the reviews. I only read half that 1 person who wrote in ALL caps wuz annoyin'. Newayz the reviews where good & the price couldn't be ne betta(lolz what I get in allowance-$10.00-tax[really $9.99 but ya know how taxes be]) But,like I said b4...

I checked it out,it has good stuff there(books,CDs,& etc). The whole thing didn't load(sheesh! ya'd think a Windows XP could work betta) I saved it 2 my 'Favorites' so I'll check it out a lot more on Friday(4/9/04). Thanx Again My bads,posted 2 many times. As someone has already said, they're supposed to "RELEASE IT" sometime this year on DVD.
Until then, you may be able to rent it at a local Blockbuster, Hollywood Video even the library, might have a copy. But it's a definite must have. (But I'm biased  )
You can also check Half.com they have it there reduced. Anyway, make sure you let us know how you feel about once you've seen it. Peace **************************************************
