Chart position - Musicology Amazon.co.uk are listing musicology as a pre-release - it achieves number 23 on the pre-release listing - not bad but not brilliant either when you look at who is above him in the list - quite a few I have never heard of myself!

All the persons listed are based on pre-orders though which makes it look not so good - THERE ARE SOME TRULY OBSCURE PEOPLE ABOVE THE ALBUM! | |

relax  the lists on amazon are screwey
go to amazon,com and you'll see Prince-Musicology is ranked #50 in hot future releases then you will see at #49 is an American Idol Cd and your like what? PRINCE IS BEHIND THAT IN SALES? but if you look closer and click on Musicology you will see Amazon.com Sales Rank: 165 and click on the american idol cd which is ranked #49 AHEAD of Muicology and you'll see Amazon.com Sales Rank: 21,869 see? that list is so screwed up that they rank Idol ahead of Prince even tho Musicology is outselling it by over 21,724 slots! I am now soooo confused - so do we think that the preorder list has no meaning and if so what does sales rank mean????
