i find this very interesting

1.because its getting very little airplay right now at stations that play Britney,Avril & Jessica

2.most Prince fans downloaded Musicology already so these are people who like the song that are downloading it

3.the age demographics of the fans of the other 9 artists in the pop top 10 must be about 13-to 16 year old female's..

so to some it up Musicology seems to be doing very well right now without much top 40 radio exposure & the video hasnt even premiered yet!

my cousin is 16 years old and she's starting to get into prince thanks to all the recent coverage. i don't think she's the only one either. she's not a big fan of britney or avril, she likes more rock than pop.
