Backwards messages Hi everyone.
I just found out that the musicediting program I use has a reverse function. Well naturally i put Purple Rain in the CD-player and made a copy of Darling Nikki played backwards! WOOOOOW Boy, it's the first time I ever heard the backwards message in real speed (previously only heard it spinning the record backwards on the stereo, and it just ain't the same). Now here's the question, did Prince use backwards messages elsewhere (beside on the covers to 1999, emancipation..) ?? I'm just dying to hear those hidden messages !!!! I'll have another glass of you.

Yeah-- while you've got your Purple Rain out, play BABY I'M A STAR backwards. At the end of the song (or the beginning, if backwards), you can hear what sounds like Lisa saying things like, "Fuck them, man," etc. etc. When you play it forward, it blends in and just sounds like people at a concert, so you may not notice that it is a backwards voice. | |

'However Much U Want' at the beginning - off Mayte's album. 'Girl' (Prince and The Revolution) [I'd be surprised if you had that on CD:-)] . ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |

The beginning to Dream Factory has some backwards stuff in the beginning. Pretty obvious. Not the CB version...
I could be wrong...but does Gold have some backwards stuff as well? I don't know where, but listening to it on random a week or so ago and I heard some backwards dialogue. I forgot all about it til now...and I don't remember where it was. It wasn't obvious either. Christian Zombie Vampires | |

he puts backwards messages on a lot of cuts as a kinda signature=just pick a tune that strikes ur fancy & check it out: sometimes its done on a subliminal level (so only ur brain can hear it right!) when he's n a particular mood he'll send text backwards (liame) EURT tuB egnarts  | |

I have now: Darling Nikki, Baby I'm A star (beginning and end), However much U want. I'm gonna try TGE, but it would help if someone could give me a hint to which sing(s) to try with. There's a lot of mirror messages on the love symbol album, could it be that there's som mirror messages in the music as well. I can tell that it's gonna be a long day ... I'll have another glass of you.

Yes if you play the extended version of Girl backwards, it is lyrics for a song called "Boy" if I remember correctly. Just play it backwards and enjoy...kinda cool. | |
