Anyone hear Musicology on the radio? I thought I read that the single Musicology was going to be released to radio yesterday (3/29)? If so, has anyone heard it on the radio? If so, what city and what station? I haven't heard it in Mpls yet (not to say it hasn't been played). But I guess I was thinking there would be big promotion behind it with a major label in his corner now??? | |

I heart it this evenin on Star 100.7 in San Diego. The ignorant DJ's we're having a ball with the way Prince opens 'Musicology'. They had a few people call in and 9 out of 10 liked the new song. I'm lovin Musicology, greaty opening concert last night, good 2 see Prince can still pack ém in, like Eddie Murphy, Kiss band members,the whole No Doubt band, & BabyFace 2 drop a few famous name sightgings       Don't u want to come , 3121. It's gonna be so much fun, 3121. That's where the party be, 3121. Y'all can come if u want to, but u can never leave! | |

The hubby heard it played on 93.1 WZAK in Cleveland yesterday morning. Might have been as part of the Tom Joyner show as mentioned above.

That's awesome that the song is starting to get airplay. If there's a city that hasn't played the song, should we start e-mailing Sony or the radio stations or both? I'm considering doing that where I'm at right now, but I'm too psyched that my city, San Diego, is getting the song! I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |

He originally turned me on to Prince, but, as he says, I took it waaaay beyond where he went with him. He called me on his cell phone and put it up to the speaker in his car so that I could hear it.
