Love the Silence at the end of CD! It's an "Album!" At the end of the CD there's silence, I don't know 30-60 seconds or so, that 99.99% of the time leads to a hidden track or an ad for something, such as npgmusicclub.com or something.
But, at the end of this CD silence there's nothing. It really gives you an album experience in an age of downloadable singles and singles mentality. I've had the CD on repeat since Staples last night and it's cool that the last song doesn't just go into the first song, thereby making it more just "continual music" vs. "an album." I think...that's the point, this is "old school;" an album experience. And so far I think the album is truly worthy of it's title, it's like an overview of Prince's music and career. | |

Hey, that's pretty cool! Good observation. It would have been funny if he put that skipping sound when the needle keeps going back and forth when the album is finished!
