Two things: 1) Purple Rain was played in its near entirety prior to Alicia Keys coming out. The crowd seemed to be clueless to most of it, but When Doves Cry got a huge reaction. 2) Beyonce went from Naughty girl to Nasty Girl. Also, the way the songs were put together had a Prince feel to them.

One question: For anybody that has been to the show, during Beyonce's performance of "Rock Star," is that the voice of Prince? It could have been my ears, but it sounded just like him to me.
