Enquirer Mag. Gossip: Prince Serenades Mani, makes hotel mad In the April 5, 2004 National Enquirer gossip section written by Mike Walker, there is the following blurb:
"At the upper-crusty Beverly Hills Hotel, they call Prince The Artist Known As a Noisy Pain-In-The-Butt! Guests complained when the wee warbler started serenading wife Manuela on the balcony of their suite in the wee hours - strumming an acoustic guitar and crooning "The Girl From Ipanema"! When the front desk gave him a SHADDUP! call, Prince huffed: "You know what MTV would pay me to do an acoustic unplugged concert?" | |

If he was strumming an acoustic guitar, how noisy could it possibly have been? This story sounds kind of wierd, like Prince's public relations folks have now turned their attention to getting him mentions in the gossip columns.. | |

If this story is cooked up by one of his Public Relations people, then that PR guy or gal deserves a raise and some head.
