SOTT DVD Prologic and DTS out on march 30th (added url) I just pre-ordered the SOTT DVD thats only coming out in Holland. Its coming out in DTS and prologic. Site said they got the copy in mono but found a better soundtrack on it. Im very curious about the quality. But im sure its better than brazilian one. This one is official.

i'll stick with my japanese laserdisc until someone gives it a proper dvd treatment. | |

WARNING: there would not be a mono soundtrack on a professional concert dvd... you would not have to "find" a better soundtrack. Its sounds like a scam (because of this info)
I've seen the packaging in a little picture on the web, and it LOOKS totally professional as far as the photo of the design (shows the same pic as the laserdisc and vhs, has the right logos, etc).... but this new info is discouraging. The laser disc is great! It contains a stereo dolby surround digital and a stereo dolby analog soundtrack. Its also a clean transfer from a good print (the Brazilian one is form a dark dirty print)... but it is not widescreen

Well i just quoted the website on that. This is what they say... "We got the material with a mono soundtrack but we managed to find a higher quality soundchannel" Thats all they say. I cant wait to hear the result. --- Where am I? ---
