Remember when a new Prince album came out and you were able to hear the songs for the very first time? Then, the Internet became mainstream and all of the new albums somehow got leaked. I always told myself that I would wait and not sneak listens here and there. But, I was never able to wait and it always made the official release date less exciting. Well, guess what? Somehow, only a few snippets of the Musicology CD have leaked out. I am very excited about getting the new CD...because it wil truly be NEW! I haven't had this feeling since the early 90s. Very cool! Anybody else feel the same way?

I'm very excited about March 29. Gonna hit the movie theater and see the first Musicology show, and walk outta there with my copy of the album. Getting a new cd from any artist has always been such an enjoyable process for me. I always take it home and listen to it all the way through while reading the lyrics and checking out the artwork. This time is gonna be so much cooler, because I'll still be high from a great live show! There's a lot to look forward to in the next coming weeks. He'll be here in Columbus on April 16th and I've already got my ticket . I'll have another copy of the cd that I can give to a friend or family member. That's VERY cool

i missed being able to get a new Prince cd in the shops and taking off the wrapper and putting it in the cd player. i'm gonna get that feeling this time.
we've all heard Musicology and a snippet of Call My Name but that hasn't stopped my excitement over this.
