I don't know what it is, but after I saw those pics from the ceremony, I love the ear wrap he had on.

One of his other gun microphones is on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Many Motor Babies from Detroit and all of the Prince faithful saw it in the Hall's 2004 inductee spotlight display case inside the actual hall of fame.
