Heard a rumor from the bay area that Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis are producing a track for her new album! If that is true leaving the NPG would be a pretty good move!

I would believe that....Flyte Tyme Records is now fully based out of Los Angeles,CA.....

I have no validation for it, just talked to a musician who plays with people that know her. I think it would be great though!

seems to be that the .org is slow on this...RAD left, or was made to leave after the sound desaster on one TV show...where Kiss didn't sound quite well...as told on housequake.com

IF she's out I don't think she went herself. Not now, so shortly before a tour. I guess she was let go.

And it was 'I feel 4 u' that didn't quite sound alright.

I think she was fired for working on her own stuff and not concentrating on the tour and tasks at hand. Prince could sense if he was startin to get played or used as a ride. I say let her go. She was already a solo artist anyway.

Inside word is that she got fed up with Prince's bodyguard and got on a plane and left.

REV - the '...thankyou very much, but your services will no longer be needed...', is exactly what was said to her. How did you know?

RAD was let go, and not because she had of some problem with a bodyguard.

I stand by my info, she walked out and never even talked to Prince about it. And the bodyguard was the reason.
By the way, Mike Scott told Prince FU and walked off couple years ago. It's not like some people can't leave on their own accord.
