another clever move by prince this year, has was looking likely, prince will release two different versions of musicology, the one given out free at concerts and the sony version with extra tracks and bigger booklet.

..So far, the details are sketchy but I am sure by this time tomorrow,
there will be more information posted on this.

The CD will be distributed by Sony. No word yet if it is a
distribution deal, one-off deal or what. It was done on Prince's
terms.

You will still get an Musicology cd at the concert. However, the
edition available in record stores with the Sony label with have
extra stuff on it. I am sure the cd book will be bigger as well.

Again, details are not fully in, but it has happened. Just wanted to
give you guys a heads up and when the official announcement is made
later, the information will be posted here. Always check the U tell

Release date as of now is sometime in April. That is subject to
change.


This time next week, the Musicology tour will be kicking off into
full swing.
