It, as well as a few other covers, where available at the official crystal Ball website Prince put up when he had the www.love4oneanother.com website. Don't remember the link, maybe: www.crystalball.com ?? "The voter is less important than the man who provides money to the candidate," - Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens

Yeah, it's the downloadable cover from the official Crystal Ball website. It was never
manufactured commercially, just made available to download.

It's: www.crystalballcd.com
You can download that artwork from there and there's an online booklet for the 5 CD internet release.

However the link to order the disk, doesnt work. Yeah, the whole thing actually was offline for quite a while, when the 'official' site was changed, but once the folks who designed the original Crystal Ball online booklet found out - they decided to provide the site on their own server. Cool folks. I hope it stays there forever.

6 or 7 years later, this is still a well designed site....

Major props to Ron Donovan, AKA "No. 6," who did the front cover design and worked with me on the pages for "The Ride" and "Days of Wild." Ron is a talented poster artist with the Firehouse Kustom Rockart Company. He'll be touring European galleries and comic shops with The Firehouse in April and May 2004. Check him out in person and you'll have a fun time guaranteed. His extensive online portfolio is at:
http://www.firehouseposters.com/ Also big thanks to Steffen & Alice for pulling the site together. Everyone donated their time & talent on this project. It's a shame their hard work was obscured by Paisley Park's shipping delays and business problems. These guys did it out of love for Prince's music and they did a great job.

It's a shame this artwork and lyrics wasn't included in the CD booklet. I mean, that shit was expensive, and the liner notes are an insult, as far as I'm concerned. I ain't in kindergarten.
Not to mention the cover. The actual cover of Crystal Ball is a total piece of shit. Can anyone here honestly say they would choose that over.....ANYTHING?! The online covers are MUCH MUCH MUCH better, and you would think Mr. Parke would be fucking ashamed to show his face. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
