DIRTY MIND (unique cover)

I spotted this CD for DIRTY MIND online and it's completely different to the standard one. Where is it from?

It's an old bootleg (that has nothing to do with the Dirty Mind album)
the tracklist was...

1. Vibrator Talk #1
2. Vibrator Talk #2
3. Vibrator
4. Climax
5. Lisa
6. Billy's Sunglasses
