yes i am scared that it may be a pile of steaming poo poo but i am still looking forward to hearing prince doing some proper songs after a few instrumental albums.

ME!!!!!

Yes -- I'm excited! It's been a long time since we've been a couple weeks away from an album and I've only heard snippets of ONE song from the album. They played "Call My Name" (a snippet) on an NYC radio station last week. I've heard "Musicology" live on Leno and "U Want Me" on the Aladdin DVD. Other than that, the album is a complete mystery, unless songs like "Reflection" and "What Do U Want Me 2 Do" show up on the album.

We know for a fact that "Call My Name" is track 5 on the CD...Prince called it his favorite song on the album on the NYC radio show.

I'm holding my breath.

I am! I'm just hoping it's better than that damn Rainbow Children.

THE RAINBOW CHILDREN just didn't work for me. I loved LAST DECEMBER & DIGITAL GARDEN but the rest of it was just a case of "Ooh, lets try and be so diverse it could be considered as credible!"!!!! Naff!!!!

N.E.W.S. was ok but 4 tracks of 14 minutes instrumentals is NOT what I want!!!! I wanna hear his voice.....I wanna hear his all!!!!!

Bring back iconic music please!!!!!

I've been listening to prince from his first album, and I will admit that he has made a couple of albums that it took me awhile to get use to , but I can't personally say that he has never made an album that I would consider crap. His worst album is still better that 90% of what is out here today.
