I am absolutely CRAZY about VENUS DE MILO and it makes my eyes well up with tears everytime I hear it, but it's only a short track (1.50) and I would love a longer version!!

Can anyone tell me if there is a longer version of that track in existence?????

There is no extended version of Venus De Milo, but there is another similar piano instrumental from Under The Cherry Moon that's not on Parade. It's a bonus track on my bootleg cassette copy of Parade. I've been asking what it's called on the Org for some time, but no-one seems to know...

Nope, Alexa De Paris is a guitar song - this is a total piano thing, much like Venus De Milo. The bootleg is a pirate copy of Parade, on "Playboy Records" with the little bunny logo. The track listing is:

I thought it might just have been a Richard Clayderman track that some bootlegger had tacked on to the album, until I heard it in the background of one of the scenes in Under The Cherry Moon. The soundtrack listing for UTCM on the IMDB has:

"An Honest Man"
Written by Prince

Perhaps that's it? Or is that what Christopher plays in the opening sequence?

Oh Venus De Milo is sooooo my favorite song. A looong time ago I looped it on cassette to make it longer. Of course, that was before all the great editing software that's out now was available. When I get some time, I'm definately gonna do it again.

I have the bootleg LP of CHARADE which includes HEAVEN but for some reason it's not listed on the sleeve. Was it that track?

It's probably a track named Minneapolis, played by Lisa, it's also on a bonus 3" cd with Eroica and it's on the Dream Factory bootleg, where it's named Visions
