Lisa's sheet music in Parade gatefold

Anyone notice this before, the little piece of sheet music next to Lisa in the Parade LP gatefold and the back of the Mountains 12"? I play piano, so I gave it a shot - Such beautiful music! Four gorgeous chords and a strange but somehow effective bassline. I love the added touch of the "la.... lisa (L)" too...
