One glove just like MJ?

Did Prince do this for a while - did he do it first or MJ? Check out my avvie, he's wearing one black one (or it could be a very dark colour - only ever seen this pic in b/w).

I believe Prince started it first....when he was on Solid Gold in '83, I thought he was wearing a dark grey one, like in the video for 1999.

Thriller came out in '82, like 1999 - I don't think Michael started wearing the glove until Thriller really blew up.

But, wait! Wasn't Prince wearing a black glove in the video for Sexuality?
