Prince as a producer for other artists Besides Prince...name some artists who produce songs for others, but still manage to somehow...sneak their own signature sound onto the track.
This is a random list...but I can set it off with: Rick James George Clinton Full Force (i KNOW yawl remember Static) 
Teddy Riley (whichever song(s) he's produced for MJ..oh..and Mr. Whitney Houston..were clearly not even close to their own style..which is prolly why the tracks actually made it to Jet's album weekly album picks) Neptunes Jesse Johnson ....this is still a heavy Prince (Mpls funk) vibe.. (I'm still lookin for SESEX on a phat trax cd compilation..if they can put free world on one...i don't see why they can't find room for this song too) Steve Arrington Luther Vandross? Babyface? Timbaland
