i kno some peeps slate this album and anything 90's sometimes as well !!! but i think the come album is xlent ! i heard most o the tracks 4 the 1st time live ! the forum a/show london 93 , i was blown away by race, loose, papa, and pope which never made it on2 the album, i admit on 1st hearing of the cd i was actually dissapointed ! it was only 48 mins long and no pope, dolphin, gold etc which were rumoured 2 b on the album ! but after a few spins i was hooked i always go back and pull this disc out and play it full blast !!! tracks i like best.....

I just love that Prince used verses from The Bible's Song of Solomon to make a song about love and sex.

I like this album and everything but that poetry in between the songs is painful to listen to. I wish he had left it out.

Come is a very good album.

It could have been better, though. He could've released the '93 version that had Endorphinmachine, Peach, Dolphin, Pope and the spiritual version of Come on it. This was the first album to suffer from his feud with Warners. Still, the released album is alright. It's just... really... short.
