Yeah, I wasn't talking about folks raggin' on Prince. I was talking about the slur "white trash." It only seems right that if we ask people to refrain from using a certain "n-word," we should watch what we say on the flip side of things. Especially one so duplicitous as "white trash," where the distinction carries a subtler commentary.

But, hey, I'm the guy who winces whenever the phrase "near miss" is used instead of "close call."
