Prince had cosmetic surgery....???? Per David Z
David Rivkin was the engineer at Studio 80 in Minneapolis where Prince first recorded. It was with David's recordings Prince struck gold, and the article from the local paper is included with this auction. It has an early picture of Prince (pre cosmetice surg), as well as the news of a record deal, his age, details that were released. Prince gave David the name *DAVID Z*, and used Z's skills on the PURPLE RAIN soundtrack, 1999, KISS, and many others to mix his Purple majesties genious brand of music. He gave David many items from time to time, and there is a certificate of authenticity from David included in this auction. David also recorded Sheila E.'s albums, FYC, Johnny Lang, and many other world class acts. The guitar strap is from Prince's purple coat wardrobe, one side of the shirt matches the studded strap. Strap shows wear and use, but has not been cleaned or changed in any way since it was given to David. It is made from clear vinyl, custom cut for Prince, with meticously aligned and attached studs, matching the famous purple coat Prince wore on stage and in PURPLE RAIN. David's brother was the drummer in Prince's band, REVOLUTION. A Paisley Tambourine, (Prince threw these out to the audience during performances), is included, as well as the ICON (artist formerly known as Prince), and a BATMAN armwrist decoration Prince gave to David. Included is an import live video of Prince performing. | |
