i need to know if the inner sleeve of the cd (front insert) carries any catalogue number (or is it just plain?)?

sleeve is blank but the spine has cat# CDW 45793

If you're talking about the US 1994 issue then here's the details...

The inner sleeve does indeed have the catalogue number (CDW 45793) printed in peach
letters in the bottom centre of the back of the 'booklet' (I say 'booklet', but it's just a single
piece of glossy black paper folded in half).

The real 1994 Warner Bros's issued Black Album has no cat # on the inner booklet, which is a single piece of glossy black paper. The cat # is on the spine of the U card inlay in peach. And a bar code sticker is on the back jewel case.
