you were there? so were some of my friends and i! that day was so much fun. we left philly at about 1 in the morning and got to ny at about 3. driving up the turnpike, blasting prince and laughing like kids...well, younger kids than we were...that was fun. and none of us expecte him tpo perform practically a full set! | |

I was there when he performed for 'Chaos & Disorder'. I was hoping that Prince would do some more jamming after the show....but as soon as he hit the last note of "Zannalee", he literally vanished into thin air. Everyone was like, "where the hell did he go?!?". | |

Wow, that brings back memories. I was there for the "Chaos" performance in '96 and the performance with Larry & Chaka in '98. My bosses both times were really cool about me being late those days. The closest I had ever been to the man before the 2002 Celebration!
By the way, anyone who reads this and wants to help the fams in Japan see this year's many U.S. appearances, I would loooove to hear from you. And so would Tuna! | |

The best thing about watching that performance was how fucking hot that guy was who you could see every now and then holding up the "Poom Poom" sign....WOOF.
