-Prince is sweet (damn it got Bambi and It's Gonna Be Lonely on it!!!!)

-Controversy got some great gems in it like Sexuality and Let's Work (my favorite on this one).

-PR: The Beautiful Ones, Purple Rain and I would Die 4 U. Yummy!!!!

-Batman is special for me since it's the first LP I bought: It rocks at times and I really like the production on Batdance. Favorite is Partyman. Low point in my opinion is Arms Of Orion (can't get into this one expecially when Scandalous is on the same wrecka!)

-Graffiti Bridge lacks of coherence for me but got some killer jams on it: Joy..., ? Of U, We Can't Funk.... Well I was disappointed with the title song. I was like "What happened?". i also prefer the album without the non-prince track (for coherence's sake!).

-D&P: Don't like this Tony M thingy. I particularly like Strollin', Walk don't Walk, Gett Off (of course!!!!), Cream and Live 4 Love and Daddy Pop. Pretty good album though.

-O(-> : Feels "unfinished". Got some definite Prince classic though like Se7en, Love 2 The 9s, Continental (pretty much underrated to me) and The Sacrifice Of Victor. But there is still Tony M....

-Crystal Ball: more of an anthology than an album per se but well sme stuff in it are really rockin'!!!!!

-The Truth: Real excellent songs (the Truth, Comeback) but i never considered it a real album don't know why.

-ONA piano: Better than the Truth IMO. Really digging this one!!!! Original approach. Actually could go into my GREAT works of art category but I have difficulty to think of it as a real album. More like a musical essay. Real nice essay though!!!! I absolutely funkingly love Avalanche and U're Gonna C Me.

-Expectation: Really like it. Nice New Year's eve present. too bad we don't have Xenophibia in it (I am crazy about Xenophobia!!!) i like the violin touch at the very begining.

For You - 2.5 stars clearly a sign of things to come both musically and vocally

Prince - 3 stars raw some really good stuff some not so good

Dirty Mind - 3 stars Again another totally uneven record...but there were sign here of the true genius that we would see later on other records. Head was just absurdly funky

Controversy - 3 stars -Another uneven record yet it worked. It also didn't hurt that Controversy, Do Me Baby, Lets Work, & Sexuality were strokes of genius. Ronnie Talk to Russia on the other hand was well...never mine

1999 - 5 Stars A Masterpiece and clearly not an uneven record. Those songs belonged together. Only Purple Rain worked better in terms of chemistry

ATWIAD - 4 Stars - Boy does Prince have balls and although temptation is waaaay to narcissistic for my taste it is the only song on this recording that never really worked for me. Prince’s depth and mastery at so many different kinds of music shines through here

Parade - 5 Stars - You can't be more of an artist on a record. One of my favorites. Just a masterful record. Girls & Boys, Kiss, Mountains, Do You Lie, AnotherLover..., and the sexy I Wonder U. Pure genius. Not a commercial dynamo ...but artistically just unbelievable the depth of the record. I have never ever heard a song like Girls & Boys before or since. Just a terrific song

Sign - 5 Stars - One of Prince's most uneven records ever...yet it worked. All part of his mad scientist reputation at the time and he pulled it off. Not my favorite record but certainly regarded by most as Princes best complete work

Lovesexy 5 Stars - Very personal record for P. Spiritual album which spoke to me directly. Its so ridiculous to me how people want to act like P has just now (as in 2004) become religious. It is of course not just a recent occurrence but the love God theme a spiritual vibe as always run with or as an undercurrent to most of his releases. Its nothing new and unlike the Rainbow Children here it works beautifully.
