Prince becoming like James Brown... Ok he's not exactly like jame brown.
but just like James Brown singing his old songs over and over again without any new hits, Prince is doing the same thing. he rely on his old hits to generate interest. He doens't have any new hits to draw new audiences, instead it appears that he's singing for his hardcore fan base only just like James Brown does. He keeps coming out with new albums but no hit singles. many people say he's new album is still a work of genious. but let me tell you, good music lasts because of people. without people listening, your music is soon forgotten.

He is out of style just like all older artist. Don't mean he's not good anymore. He's getting respect for his past. Yes he is mimicking JB with the clothes and how he's conducting the late stages of his career.

Hey what huge act who has been around for 25+ years hasn't done this? Like I'd go to see the Stones to not hear "Satisfaction" "New Power slide...."
