Hey guys I saw the Musicology video on the Tavis Smiley show. Granted it wasnt fully complete but what did you guys think? I like the idea of the little kid listening to the Prince record and getting into it. Makes sense with Prince talking about showing the younger generation what real music is all about

I think the kid was supposed to be a young Prince. The record player had Hendrix on it, the kid wore clothes that could be owrn in the seventies, afro and all. Personally I liked the video version better than the live one, but maybe that's just because I liked the higher production value -- it's just nice to see Prince actually making a REAL video for the first time in many many years.

Definitely a much better video than we've seen the last few years. Let's hope that it gets played at least a few more times! Anybody know what songs Prince has done videos for the last few years? The only one I remember is "The Greatest Romance Ever Sold". I'd love to see his post WB videos included as a DVD bonus.
