I went to the NPGMC message boards to see if I could find anything out, and read that a PP mod posted that the MC is sending out emails to everyone and that once all members get their emails, they will post, on the U Tell Us board, a direct link to purchase tickets. I'd like very much to go to this screening but I'm worried I won't get the necessary info in time to get tickets. | |

THe Regal cinemas site has a page for the One nite only shows posted but they are not for Prince. Doesnt seem to be a way to purchase the tickets there yet since it is not out to the puiblic yet. Funky thing is that there are obviously some non members that have it and some members are still waiting for emails ...cause FACE said so!!! | |

Maybe the email service I use thinks their emails are spam?

I just got confirmed for 2 tickets to the San Diego showing, 8:00pm March 29th. Should be fun! Hopefully the girlfriend can get the night off, if not I'll be going by myself!
Yes, the SOTT movie was in theaters, but not for long. I saw that back in '87, and I wasn't even driving yet so my sister and her boyfriend took me. That was in Detroit, at the old Eastland OUTSIDE theater. Any other Detroiters here remember that? I don't know why everyone is having a hard time getting tickets. IF the city is listed here, just check out Fandango -- search around, using the date (I won't paste a link). I found it just fine. Good luck. |

Well I went to the box office at the Brooklyn Center Regal and got my tickets. The girl there said there is no difference in price or seating or anything else for Club members vs. non-Club members.
I debated over whether or not to post this as I don't want to get yelled at for broadcasting an alternate way to purchase tickets before all NPGMC members received their email bout the screening, but the Rolling Stone article flat out said you can buy tix at the box office so that's what I did and had no problem. | |

I assume the FREE CD goes to ALL ticket holders and not just members, right?
I'd rather just buy the tickets there at the venue, cause my plans change daily. If I had a nickel for everytime I've bought tickets in advance and couldn't make it. I know that in my neck of the woods, I'm like the ONLY prince fan round these parts, so I don't think I'll have to worry about buying tickets early. Oh, well.
