Ticket sales slumping

With the exception of L.A., other major cities where he will be performing have not shown much interest. Hopefully with his recent publicity hype people will start showing interest.

when I saw the headline of this post I was about to say, "slumping my ass." However, I read the rest of the post and saw that U qualified your statement. The first LA show is completely sold out. I couldn't get one ticket for it through ticket-rips-U-off-master. I couldn't get two tix for the second show in LA in May on the 28th. I could only get one. And that was in the nosebleeds. So that show is practicly sold out if not completely sold out by now. I gotta say that my nose 'll be bleedin' cuz I bought one and I'm gonna be there. I wasn't aware of the ticket sales in other states. R they really that poor?(the ticket sales...not the people.)

Anyone who watched the Leno performance and didn't bust outta smile...well, what can I say, step aside, cuz I'm ON this ride. That was the most rejuvenating performance I've seen from him since....well, since the Tavis Smiley show, in a completely different way.

The Columbus and Cleveland shows look to be about 1/2 to 2/3 sold out which is HELLA good if you ask me considering they've been on sale for 3 days, he hasn't had a hit single in a decade, the tickets are pricey in comparison to many shows, and these are HUUUUUGE arenas.

Relax...there's PLENTY of time...and it makes no difference if he sells these places out or not...he doesn't have to sell them out to make LOTS of money and entertain thousands upon thousands of people.

Exactly ppl, relax. Not every arena has to sell out in 20 minutes or so.

Like Prince'd say, "All you ppl worrying about my ticket sales, you need to chill like an eskimo, it's all good. Peace & be wild." Or something like that.

The 2nd LA show is sold out now - the Dallas show is down to nosebleed seats, the cleveland show is at least 2/3 sold out.

Well, the recent tour of Clay Aiken and Kelly Clarkson nearly sold out in my town and I'm not putting them down or anything, I kind of like that little Clay guy, but does that mean they are more talented then Prince? Who cares if he sells out or not, if it sold two rows of tickets in each arena I would still think he was the most talented man in the world.

When I heard he was playing at the AA I couldn't believe it. I honestly thought he wouldn't be able to fill the place considering the last concert was in a really small venue and didn't fill up.

I am so hype to see that 2 days after they went on sale that third level was the only seats available.

The more people there the more energy and the more drive for the artist playing.
What more can you ask for?!

I'm so excited!!!!
