What did ya think Prince thought about Ellen? And what was it that he said about the Boxer shorts? Supposedly she gave him some boxers with her name around the waistband. He didn't seem Too Thriled with that . Comments??? | |

I thought that was a bit odd. He could have just laughed and said thanks, end of, and onto the Beyonce thing, but Prince brought it up again.
Maybe he was nervous, I get the impression he is still very uncomfortable in these situations (compared to just performing). Short interview with no real insight or anything, but they seemed to get on despite the boxers thing, they touched hands quite a few times, never seen that before with Prince. Cool that she had an LP of For You, if it was Purple Rain I would have thought "yeah, right", but I guess she's a fan, huh. BTW, the performance of Bambi, was that just a joke because the show ended with I Feel For You (nice little rift of Glamorous Life and a Love Bizarre as an intro B) ) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The boxer thing was something she came up with to give all guests... Wasnt just Prince. I was actually impressed with the interview. She asked him about the vault, and asked him why now? Regarding the grammy performance with Beyonce. Seemed like she actually was a fan..Loved the performance of Nothing Compares 2 U.. So when did he do Bambi or I feel For U? I missed it? All in all it was a nice show..
Although after seeing Finding Nemo 7 thousand times (girlfriend loves it) all I could think of was Dory(ellen's charachter) interviewing Prince. Now that would be a show.. | |

yeah - i don't think P knew that she gives those to alot of guests. i think he thought she was trying to send him some special message. she should have just said "yo, i give those to every male guest" - so he could have stopped struggling . . . and i don't think he liked the Prince thong comment either . . he seemed very weirded out! haha music is its own reward - Sting | |
