Ticket Check! Who got their tickets to the Musicology Tour?
I'm going to the one in Staples Center... 03/29/04. I'll be in section 115, row 13. I had to buy them through Ticketmaster! The member only ones were sold out by the time I got home from work!  Why is there a limit to the ones offered to members anyway? 
Oh well... I was at least very happy I got some tickets, and they're not too bad either. Who else is going? Wanna meet up somewhere? Do tell...  |

Got two tickets to Cleveland, but I think I beat you out kendogg!  I was clickin' like a mofo waiting for that On Sale Now button to come up, so it couldn't have been up for more than 1 second when I hit on it!
Now the excrutiating anticipation of wondering just where I'll actually be sitting. "Will HalluRain's babysitter pull through for her?" "Will she finally make it to the front row of a Prince concert (or ANY concert for that matter)?" "Will she have a chance to dance on stage? And, if she does, will she turn totally chicken at the last minute and back out?" "Will Cleveland ever get an aftershow?" "Tune in on April 18th for the exciting conclusion!" I got my the old fashioned way...in line at the box office at the Gund. Whew the line, and I had JUST MISSED the lottery too. Dang! Oh well. The finger pointing at the moon is not the moon...dammit! | |

Oh yeah, if there is an aftershow, how do you find out about where it'll be?? Do you have to be a member of the other site.
Funny note: There were A LOT of people there in line early. So we finally get up to the window, the people who won the lottery got up there first. We get in our lines, and one of the ladies at the window was SO SLOW. People started gettin' ansty and a *little hostile*, and started crossing the ropes gettin' into other lines. LOL!! The security guard was like," wait, wait y'all! Y'all can't keep jumpin' the ropes. The finger pointing at the moon is not the moon...dammit! | |

For some reason Ticketmaster isn't showing anything that says the tour is coming here, but I see on the front page of the org that it does! I'll have to keep checking from time to time. I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired! | |

As for lodging in Cleveland, it depends on your tastes and budgets. Very closeby Gund Arena are Wyndam, Holiday Inn Express and Days Inn hotels in the more moderate range. Also there are Ritz Carlton and Rennaisance hotels closeby, but they're a bit pricier. There are also a few (but very few B&Bs) in the area on Cleveland's near west side in an area called Ohio City. But.. at least I'ma be there! I'm bringing my daughter Melissa too... her first Prince concert. She's almost as excited as I am!
