Who Is Doing His PR????

Sorry, but I must be missing something here - why is he being praised for good PR?
The link to a blank screen that says "What is musicology?" is suddenly good PR? I wouldn't say he's doing anything different, or better just now than he always has.
As far as I can see, he's making himself seem more accessible - that's all.
