I disagree. "For your every kiss I, I wish you love, I wish you heaven" is the kind of thing you'd wanna sing to your parents? That'd be just a little too romantic for my tastes. Yeah I know, it could technically mean kisses on the cheek, but it doesn't exactly come off that way. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

Yeah I know, it could technically mean kisses on the cheek, but it doesn't exactly come off that way.[/color] Well my parents do give me a kiss every now and then and I do wish them love and heaven, plus I would say that the song doesn't refer to the kiss of a lover and doesn't come across that way to me either (especially considering the explicitness of Prince songs who ARE clearly about lovers). I didn't like 7 when I first heard it but now it is one of my favorite Prince songs. I pick 7 over the version of I Wish U Heaven on Lovesexy but not over I Wish U Heaven, Parts 1,2 and 3. | |
