Coming Soon: Prince to star in a major motion picture! Details are sketchy at this point, but it's a go for Prince to appear in an upcoming motion picture!

I actually heard a little clip of the new upcoming single When Doves Cry.

Okay, I've heard through several insiders now that the album does infact have a lot of potential hits, and WB expects both it and the movie to be a big hit.
This is great news! This'll make Prince a huge star! That mean's he can rule the 80's, and then it's on to bigger and better things in the 90's, surely. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

Yeah, I hear he actually sort of wrote the film too. He is keeoing notes in a little purple notebook from what I hear. He's been writing notes about the film during his current 1999 tour! How exciting!!

you know. i just hate thesekind of posts.
they don't tell shit, and cause some hype. No supose IF it is true? i hardly can't imagine Prince play some other role then himself for sure. But now? in 2004/2005? What part of himself can Prince play? JehovaWitness guy all dressed up in high heels, shiny outfits, playin' the guitar, makin' love to it onstage? totally UN-Jehova? Selling books from door to door? Or just being a rockstar, who tries to manage a major recordcompany or something?
I just don't believe shit that Prince will do a movie again, except if he gives a press conference and dares to tell the world he's up to something like this agaiN; i'll just sit and wait, for nothing probably. But one never knows.
I'm actually looking much more forward to the new re-released of his older CD's. to see if they have some extra's, and to finally get the remastered versions. Maybe even more then the newly to be released Musicology. i'm not so fund of the title (yet). but hey, we'll see. | |

It's a pity there isn't some sort of thing, I don't know what you'd call it, but where our computers (for those of us lucky enough to have them) could all talk to eachother, maybe using the phone line? Then we could all share the real information and all these wild rumours would cease.
