Respect it for what it is.......

Alot of people will pre-judge this tour and then complain after they see it, as to why he didnt do this or why he did that. All i can say is that the whole theme of this tour is obviously REFLECTION, its PRINCE reflecting on where he has come from and where he still wants to go, its about him Getting into the Hall of Fame and that obviously means something to him inside. I think we should all feel a personal REFLECTION during this tour, i think back to the days when I had to save my allowance for weeks to just buy 1999 and then my Dad had to lend me money to buy it anyway, and thinking on that vibe, here it is years later and my dad has passed on and I look back on that kid in the record store asking his dad to buy 1999 for him because he doesnt have enough money. I reflect on the kid who ran home with the Purple Rain album and played it all day while the other kids were running around playing ball or something, i was in the house grooving. So sure I have hear PRINCE do these songs hundreds of times and YES i would rather smaller venues but HEY sometimes just be happy for what U get and not Despair over what U dont get, be grateful for what U can get. I know that PRINCE is feeling Reflective on this tour, and I personally want to feel it too. So when he brings it to NYC probably at Madison Square Garden (its the only in-the round we got), I will be right up front where I have been 48 other times seeing someone that got me to this point in My Life. ThankU Prince.

You made a good point there...reminds me of hearing Sign o`Times for the first time at the Madhouse in Hamburg where I should see Prince 1990 on the Nude Tour just hanging round, or the day I bought ATWIAD and sitting at the train station with that record in my hands being lucky...not to forget the day when I saw the televised condert from Syracuse and I was rocked to the bone...untill that day I saw ONA in Hamburg with tears in my eyes.

Reflection is good and still I wish "Musicology" to be a funky ass double album with at least one No. 1 on the Billboard Charts.

Peace
