New album, tour,etc. all happening really soon.
There is still much complaining on this website (maybe more than usual).
Why?

Cuz with songs like Musicology, we don't have anything good to look forward to. It's a bad sign of things to come.

i remember wen p announced he was playing a tour of australia and it would b a "hits" tour i was soooo pleased 4 the aussie fans, there xcitement was faboulous ! the anticpation and joshy's pesponse was terrific total relief of gettin tickets gettin 2 the gig and being blown away by p live ! awsome !!!

Oh GOD YES!

I think it's all a matter of honesty and simple confidence in one's expression.

If you worry that being critical once in a while is going to make you look like less of a "fan", then you need to think about that.

If you worry that being too enthusiastic every now and then is going to make you come off as less than the great consummate cynic of the land, then maybe you should give that some thought too.

People have opinions. We like things and we don't like things. It's allowed. I might think Prince's actions on one day are evil and horrible and lame, and then the next day he could completely kick my ass with something wonderful. Doesn't negate anything - right now I could bitch about the man or fawn all over him. Why? Because he's a HUMAN, and humans do fucked up things and they do great things, depending on which way the wind blows.

I'm really tired of this "complainers vs. asskissers" business. Why can't people just have opinions without being thrown into a box?
