The Original Gold Experience is nowhere near as good as the one that got released, imho. I made a playlist of the original Gold Experience, even using the Studio version of Days o Wild, and it was really crap imho - far too bland; not as funky. I love Prince during the Gold era.
Btw, there must have been another version, cause the Studio version of Days o Wild that I got (courtesy of someone very special   ) segues into Acknowledge Me - anyone know what that tracklisting is; or was it mean to come on Crystall Ball, but they swopped it for the live version. | |
