Can't order Presale Tickets!

Tickets for Columbia SC go on sale today, but when I go to the ticket member window it is blank how do i order tickets? eek

Ho Ho welcome to the wonderful world of NPGMC presale tickets - they couldnt find my account detail when I tried last year...then when it worked all the tickets were gone
