Why is Prince making guest appearances now? Shouldn't he wait until he has something to sell, like a new album, before he goes on these shows?    | |

UHHH... Don't you think maybe it's because there's a new album & tour on the very near horizon that maybe he'd want to start the promotion machine. Not every potential record buyer or concert goer is a member of the org or NPGMC, he's just giving people a heads-up that he's coming back to the market.
Or I could be totally off base....Geez! If I want your opinion, I'll beat it outta ya! | |

He's getting his name back out there so ppl will know he's still around when he announces the new album coming out. The world is a comedy for those who think and a tragedy for those who feel.

He has a press conference on tuesday. And you don't put the album out and then start hyping it, you start hyping and then release the album. He said in the interview last night that there is a new record, then showed a new video. And it's now known there's a major tour. The pieces should come together tuesday. |

Smells like Emancipation "fever" all over again 
The album was good, but doing the Rosie O'Donnell show? Today Show? Tonight Show? What else did he do back then? Shame Sharon Osbourne is off the air, he'd look great snuggled up in bed with her 
This Media friendly Prince annoyed me then and it's annoying me now too. Yeah, yeah it's great for public exposure, but if it's the same VH-1 viewing public that wants just the hits..no thank you! | |

If I'm seeing correctly on the NPGMC site that says "What is Musicology", after a few minutes this fades & "March 29th"appears.....hopefully that's the release date for this new album.....guess we'll find out on February 24th with the big press release, wish I could be there but I gotta earn those pennies  2 buy Musicology, Chocolate Factory,Roadhouse Garden,& Crystal Ball 2. For a few of those we may be waitin 4 a long long while.
It was good seeing Prince chat on the Travis Smiley show, even more exicting seeing Prince play guitar with Wendy, then the snippet of the Musicology video....love that song....2funky....I can't wait 4 this album 2 be unleased Don't u want to come , 3121. It's gonna be so much fun, 3121. That's where the party be, 3121. Y'all can come if u want to, but u can never leave! |
