Prince+Tavis to air in Twin Cities 02/21/04 Posted on Thu, Feb. 19, 2004
Prince interview will have to wait BY BRIAN LAMBERT Pioneer Press Our guy Prince grants a rare interview — with PBS' Tavis Smiley — this evening, but Twin Cities viewers will have to wait until 11 p.m. Saturday to see what the pop star has to say. "The Tavis Smiley Show" is not currently on the TPT, Channel 2, schedule, so the station had to cut a special deal with PBS to get the show into the Twin Cities market "New Power slide...." |

I got this from PBS today: We currently do not have the program on as a series, however we taking advantage of timely program offer made by PBS to add the Tavis Smiley Show with Prince to our schedule. 02/21/04 11:00-11:30pm 02/22/04 5:00-5:30am on Channel 2. We are currently looking in to get the show on a regular basis. I love that the second showing is at 5 am sunday morning... THIS IS MPLS for F's sake, shouldn't it be on Prime Time??  | |
