What era was Prince at his most outrageous/wild/etc. People might be apt to say the "Dirty Mind" era.
However, I think in many respects he was the most outrageous in the "slave" years (1993-1996.) He was rebelling hardcore against Warner Bros., his name was a symbol, his public appearances were often bizarre, and his onstage performances were very energetic and inspired with him playing mostly brand new material. What do you think and why? "New Power slide...." |

i think it depends on what kind of wild you're talking about. if you mean byt performances, the i would say lovesexy cuz h was all over the place (between concerts and aftershows!). if you are just talking about wild or crazy in general then i would say the whole diamonds and pearls/symbol years. when he was behaving very strangely and releasing cryptic messages and wearing chains on his face and all that crazy shit. | |
